Gainesville Fire Dept. - Captain Jody Henry

Division Chief Jody Henry is the Fire Marshal for the City of Gainesville.

He has served with Gainesville Fire Rescue since 1979.

Chief Henry is responsible for the Fire Prevention programs including; inspections and code enforcement, plans review, new construction inspections and acceptance testing, and fire investigations.

He is very involved as a founding member of the North Central Texas Arson Task Force, is the Second Vice President of the Texas Fire Marshal's Association and is a committee chairman for the Texas Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators.

He and his wife Trice have two grown sons, Preston and Tanner.

His biggest hobby is riding his Harley's with his wife and friends.
